Now let Autism talk here and explain this.

Keep in mind autism was not diagnosable and as such Alan was an odd Genuis as we all are even modern Autisitc people IF we were NOT diagnosed Autistc and poured into the group home MR/dd mold.

I suspect the unsociable and dreamy was simply Alan's brain generated invisible to you day dream type thoughts really starting to work. In proper autism like this our Brain either turns off our optic vision or projects images into our visual field. It would be like you wearing a blind fold but instead of being blind you would be looking a photo of something This is Autism 101 if you will and as you can see we learned it on our own and we had the chance to discover and overcome our Autism. Modern Autism assures autistic don't have that chance. While we are learning our different kind of human thought process on our own as there is no one there to teach us we are connecting our sub level picture thoughts to normal one hence the dreamy look-AKA the lack of eye contact as modern Autism call it.

Lack of eye contact is the BEST thing to happen in Autism It is a signal of working autism and IF science psychology and education knew what we were doing or should be doing during that Tim we all could over come autism AND mankind could see the building blocks of his mind. Once these sublevel picture thoughts are learned NORMAL thoughts just like you use are the result. All of this is steps ABOVE what Temple Grandin wrote about.

As for going threw the gutter with a magnet for iron filings that was pure autism genuis and probably the start of the computer. Autisitcaly he "heard" the cling and clatter of the filings jumping to the magnet-you would have needed a decibel meter to hear what he heard. Then he watched the pattern of the metal and the way it went to the magnet and if you will it was course in electric in motion. His picture thoughts recorded all of this and saved the ideal the science ideals the Einstein thoughts of this and later they worked his way into the computer he built. REMEMBER it take 20 of your thoughts to equal one of ours and wile we present as odd strange and stupid especially in modern Autism circles, those are in reality just snippets of the deep Einstein thoughts we ourselves have to learn to water down.

Antisocial in this case is just simply his optic vision was OFF and his brain generated thoughts he was having were simply too complicated when he tried to talk of them to be perceived as anything BUT smart.

Keep in mind My explanation makes no sense to anyone that has never completed the autism MR/DD to Einstein course like we have. None of the Autism experts and only a few autistic people have come full circle and connected all of this together to pull off the trick of normal. Thus there are more than enough 'experts" in Education psychology and autism to tell us and you were full of something. Human natures is not noted for be adventurous despite claims otherwise so no one in research circles will be comfortable even investigating our anthropology.
